I would be dishonest if I painted a picture of a journey without setbacks.
Like many people, I have made mistakes throughout my life and career. There were decisions I wish I could take back, opportunities I didn't handle as well as I should have, and moments that taught me difficult but necessary lessons about accountability, responsibility, humility, and perseverance.
Those experiences humbled me. They forced me to take a hard look at myself, learn from my failures, and commit to becoming a better leader, a better businessman, and a better person. What I have learned is that our past does not have to define our future. No matter how many setbacks we face, how many mistakes we make, or how far off course we may feel, it is never too late to make a different choice. It is never too late to rebuild. It is never too late to start again.
